When the water reaches the required quality and the surface is cleaned and rinsed correctly, it can be left to dry without using a window squeegee. The achievable height depends on the pole material, length and configuration. More rigid nLITE configurations are designed for high-level work, with Ultra HiMod systems reaching approximately 20 metres working height. What do you need to clean with pure water? A pure water cleaning system normally consists of four main elements: filtration equipment, a pole, a brush, and a hose and connection system. 1. Pure water production system Filtration equipment reduces the minerals and other substances present in the incoming water. The appropriate technology depends mainly on water quality, frequency of use and the amount of pure water required.DI deionisation: uses ion exchange resin to reduce dissolved minerals. It is a straightforward solution for certain usage levels and water conditions. HydroPower NANO: combines a pre-filter, nanomembrane and DI deionisation in a hybrid system that can operate without a pump or electrical connection. RO reverse osmosis: uses membranes and different filtration stages to produce pure water and is particularly suitable when water is used frequently or the incoming water has a higher mineral concentration.Incoming water quality directly affects system performance, consumable life and the cost of producing pure water. 2. nLITE water-fed pole The pole carries water to the brush and allows elevated surfaces to be reached from the ground. The choice depends mainly on the usual working height, frequency of use and the level of rigidity required. For high-level work, Unger offers Ultra HiMod configurations designed for working heights of up to approximately 20 metres. 3. Water-fed brush The brush provides mechanical action on the surface while distributing pure water during washing and rinsing. Unger nLITE brushes are available with different bristle types, widths, swivel systems and water outlet configurations. The choice depends on the surface, the type of dirt and your usual working method. 4. Hoses, adapters and connectors Hoses carry water between the filtration system, pole and brush. Adapters, regulators and connectors complete the circuit and allow it to be adapted to the equipment being used. Before selecting a hose or connector, always check the diameter, coupling type and compatibility with the rest of the system.
