Unger nLITE Carbon 24K Poles

The poles Unger nLITE Carbon 24K are designed for professional pure water cleaning at medium and high heights.

Their construction uses bundles of 24,000 carbon fibres and offers a stiffness of 210 GPa. The greater rigidity makes it easier to transmit movement and control the brush as the working length increases.

Carbon 24K models available

The range consists of a standalone telescopic pole, an extendable main pole and a compatible extension:

• CF60T: 6-metre telescopic pole, 4 sections and 1.16 kg.
• CF86G: 8.60-metre telescopic main pole, 6 sections and 1.84 kg.
• CF33G: 3.20-metre telescopic extension, 2 sections and 0.82 kg.

The models have an approximate folded length of between 1.70 and 1.80 metres, depending on the reference.

6-metre Carbon 24K telescopic pole

The 6-metre CF60T is a standalone telescopic pole for work at low and medium heights.

It is a suitable option when extensions are not required and a rigid, lightweight and compact carbon pole is needed for regular professional use.

8.60-metre Carbon 24K main pole

The 8.60-metre CF86G is the main component of the extendable Carbon 24K system.

It can be used on its own or combined with CF33G extensions using the corresponding extension adapter.

3.20-metre Carbon 24K extension

The CF33G extension allows the length of the CF86G main pole to be increased. It is telescopic, consists of two sections and has an extended length of 3.20 metres.

The extension must be connected using the specific adapter and must not be combined with different ranges without checking compatibility first.

Working height of up to approximately 16 metres

Unger recommends the nLITE Carbon 24K range for working heights of up to approximately 16 metres.

The maximum configuration is achieved by combining the CF86G main pole with up to two compatible CF33G extensions.

The actual achievable height depends on the operator’s height, the pole angle, the position of the glass and the accessories fitted.

Complete 11.90-metre Carbon 24K pole

The 11.90-metre nLITE Carbon 24K complete pole includes the following components:

• 8.60-metre CF86G main pole.
• 3.20-metre CF33G extension.
• nLITE extension adapter.
• 42 cm M angle adapter kit.
• 28 cm nLITE Power brush.
• 25-metre DuroFlex hose.

This set includes the pole and working accessories, but does not include the DI, Nano or RO filter required to produce pure water.

PrecisionGrip and SmartLock clamps

The PrecisionGrip shape prevents the sections from turning relative to one another and helps transmit movement to the brush.

The SmartLock clamps allow the telescopic sections to be locked and feature a stop that helps prevent excessive extension.

Internal or external hose management

The DuroFlex hose can be routed inside the pole to prevent it from getting in the way during work.

It can also be positioned on the outside using compatible nLITE clips, according to the preferred configuration.

When should you choose Carbon 24K?

• For frequent professional use with pure water.
• When greater rigidity is required than with Carbon 16K or Carbon Composite.
• For regular work at medium and high heights.
• When extending the main pole with extensions is useful.
• For configurations of up to approximately 16 metres.
