Delivery

The supplier will dispatch the products from the distribution warehouse to the final delivery address specified by the buyer. Each time an order is dispatched, the buyer will receive an email notification.

Shipping costs are payable by the buyer, except where a free shipping promotion applies.

The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available on limpieza-cristales.es once payment has been confirmed. It can be viewed through the "My Orders" link after the confirmation email has been issued. This original purchase order includes delivery costs and VAT.

Limpieza-cristales.es will ask customers to choose the delivery location, specifying the home, office or other address where they wish to receive the products. Delivery usually takes between 24 and 72 working hours. Occasionally, some products shown on the website may require a longer delivery time, especially products related to high-level pure water cleaning. In such cases, the customer will be informed and may choose whether to proceed with the order or cancel it partially or in full. If payment has already been made, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method.

Limpieza-Cristales.es will inform the customer when the order leaves the distribution warehouse by sending an email notification.

Each delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as recorded by the carrier's tracking or delivery control system. The recipient is responsible for checking the order at the time of delivery and for making any justified reservations or claims. The recipient may also refuse the parcel if it has been opened or shows clear signs of damage. Any claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Long or bulky products are shipped through a standard non-express carrier. The approximate delivery time is 48 to 72 hours and delivery is made at street level.

Deliveries to the Balearic Islands usually take 4 to 5 days, although they may occasionally take slightly longer. If you wish to receive an island delivery by express courier, please contact us before placing the order so that we can calculate the shipping cost.

For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and South America, a shipping quotation must be requested in advance. The cost will depend on the weight and volume of the order. In addition to transport costs, these shipments are subject to customs documentation charges (DUA). The customer must pay any applicable local taxes at destination.
