Unger Technical Service in Spain — repairs for pure water systems

We provide Unger Technical Service in Spain and have more than 20 years of experience with the brand's pure water cleaning systems. We repair HydroPower equipment of any model, supply original spare parts and provide practical technical support when you have a problem with your system.

You do not need to send the equipment to Germany. We manage repairs from Spain.

Which equipment do we repair?

We repair all models in the Unger HydroPower range:

DI resin systems — HydroPower Ultra S, Ultra L and Ultra LC. Common faults include leaking lids, defective inlet valves, leaking connections and flow regulators that are not working correctly.

Nanofiltration systems — HydroPower Nano basic and complete systems. New-generation equipment with components specific to the Nano platform.

RO reverse osmosis systems — HydroPower RO S, RO M and HiFlo RO. These are more complex systems that require specific diagnostics to determine whether the problem is related to the membrane, valves or control circuit.

How does the service work?

Step 1 — Diagnosis: Contact us by phone on 627 588 844 / 605 193 932 or complete the form below describing the problem. If you can attach photos or a video of the fault, even better — this helps us identify the cause before receiving the equipment.

Step 2 — Quotation: We send you a quotation showing the repair cost and the parts required before proceeding. No surprises.

Step 3 — Repair: If you accept the quotation, we repair the equipment in our workshop using original Unger parts. Once repaired, we return it to you in full working order.

Step 4 — Spare parts for self-repair: If you prefer to carry out the repair yourself, we can supply the spare part you need. Download the 2026 spare parts catalogue to identify the part and request it directly from us.

When should you contact us?

• The equipment is producing water with TDS above 10–15 ppm even though the resin is in good condition.
• There are water leaks from the lid, valves or connections.
• The output flow is very low or irregular.
• The equipment does not start or makes unusual noises (RO systems).
• You are unsure whether the equipment is operating correctly.
