PURPOSE
These General Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Sales Conditions (hereinafter, the "General Terms") govern the use of the website www.limpieza-cristales.es, which is made available to persons accessing the Website in order to provide them with information about products and services, whether our own or those of third-party partners, and to facilitate access to them, as well as the purchase of services and goods through the Website (all of which are collectively referred to as the "Services").
Inés Ruiz González, with registered address at Av. Països Catalans, 310 17404 Riells i Viabrea (Girona), is the individual owner of this Website, whose use is governed by this document, with Tax ID number 33925851T.

Due to the nature of the Website, as well as its content and purpose, most browsing activities require users to have Customer status, which is acquired in accordance with the procedures set out on the Website. Accordingly, Customer status implies acceptance of the General Terms in the version published at the time the Website is accessed. Limpieza-Cristales reserves the right to modify the presentation and configuration of the Website and these General Terms at any time. For this reason, Limpieza-Cristales recommends that Customers read them carefully each time they access the Website.
In any event, certain pages of the Website are accessible to the general public, in relation to which Limpieza-Cristales also wishes to fulfil its legal obligations and regulate their use. Users accessing these parts of the Website therefore agree, by the mere fact of accessing such pages, to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in these General Terms insofar as they are applicable to them.
Finally, due to the nature of this Website, the content of these General Terms may be modified or updated. Customers, as well as other users who do not have Customer status, are therefore required to consult these General Terms each time they access the Website, understanding that the terms in force at the time of access will apply.
ACCESS AND SECURITY
Access to the Services requires users to register in advance, once they have accepted the General Terms, after which they will be considered Customers.
The Customer's login credentials will consist of their email address and a password. Access to the Customer's own account will require this email address and a password containing at least 4 characters.
The password is personal and non-transferable and may not be assigned, even temporarily, to third parties. The Customer therefore undertakes to use it diligently and keep it confidential, assuming full responsibility for the consequences of its disclosure to third parties.
If the Customer becomes aware of or suspects that their password is being used by third parties, they must change it immediately in accordance with the procedure provided on the Website.
PROPER USE OF THE SERVICES
The Customer undertakes to use the Services diligently, correctly and lawfully and, in particular, by way of example and without limitation, agrees to refrain from:
- using the Services in any way or for any purpose or effect contrary to the law, generally accepted standards of morality and good practice, or public order;
- reproducing or copying, distributing, allowing public access through any form of public communication, transforming or modifying the Services, unless authorised by the holder of the corresponding rights or otherwise legally permitted;
- carrying out any act that may constitute an infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights belonging to Limpieza-Cristales or third parties;
- using the Services and, in particular, information of any kind obtained through the Website to send advertising, direct sales communications or communications for any other commercial purpose, unsolicited messages addressed to multiple persons regardless of their purpose, or to market or disclose such information in any way;
The Customer shall be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by Limpieza-Cristales as a result of or in connection with any breach of the obligations described above or any other obligations included in these General Terms and/or imposed by law in connection with use of the Website.
Limpieza-Cristales will at all times endeavour to ensure compliance with applicable law and shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to interrupt the Service or exclude a Customer from the Website in the event of suspected commission, whether complete or incomplete, of any offence or infringement established in the applicable Criminal Code, or where it observes any conduct which, in the opinion of Limpieza-Cristales, is contrary to these General Terms, the General Contracting Conditions applicable to this Website, the law, rules established by Limpieza-Cristales or its partners, or which may interfere with the proper functioning, image, credibility and/or reputation of Limpieza-Cristales or its partners.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Website, including texts, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, images, graphic design, source code and software, is the exclusive property of Limpieza-Cristales or third parties whose corresponding rights are legitimately held by Limpieza-Cristales, and is therefore protected by national and international legislation.
The use for commercial purposes of any elements protected by industrial or intellectual property rights, as well as their distribution, modification, alteration or decompilation, is strictly prohibited.
Infringement of any of these rights may constitute a breach of these provisions as well as an offence punishable in accordance with Articles 270 et seq. of the Spanish Criminal Code.
Customers who submit observations, opinions or comments to the Website by email or by any other means, where permitted by the nature of the Services, are deemed to authorise Limpieza-Cristales to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, transform and exercise any other exploitation right over such observations, opinions or comments for the full legally established duration of copyright protection and without territorial limitation. This authorisation is also understood to be granted free of charge.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
Without prejudice to the provisions of the General Contracting Conditions relating to the purchase of goods through this Website, Limpieza-Cristales accepts no responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy or quality of this Website, its services, information or materials. Such services, information and materials are provided "as is" and are accessible without warranties of any kind.
Limpieza-Cristales reserves the right to interrupt access to the Website, as well as the provision of any or all Services offered through it, at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control or maintenance reasons, due to power failures or for any other justified reason.
Consequently, Limpieza-Cristales does not guarantee the reliability, availability or continuity of its Website or Services. Their use by the Customer is therefore undertaken at the Customer's own risk, and no liability may be attributed to Limpieza-Cristales in this respect.
Limpieza-Cristales shall not be liable for interruptions to the Services, delays, errors, malfunctions or, in general, any other inconvenience arising from causes beyond the control of Limpieza-Cristales, and/or resulting from wilful or negligent acts by the Customer and/or arising from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. Without prejudice to Article 1105 of the Spanish Civil Code, for the purposes of these General Terms, force majeure shall also include events occurring beyond the control of Limpieza-Cristales, such as failures by third parties, operators or service companies, acts of government, lack of access to third-party networks, acts or omissions by Public Authorities, natural phenomena, power outages, and attacks by hackers or third parties specialising in the security or integrity of computer systems, provided that Limpieza-Cristales has adopted reasonable security measures in accordance with the state of the art. In all cases and regardless of the cause, Limpieza-Cristales shall accept no liability for direct or indirect damages, consequential loss and/or loss of profit.
Limpieza-Cristales excludes all liability for damages of any kind that may result from any lack of truthfulness, accuracy, completeness and/or timeliness of Services transmitted, distributed, stored, made available or received, obtained or accessed through the Website, as well as for Services provided or offered by third parties or entities.

The Customer undertakes to indemnify and hold Limpieza-Cristales harmless against any damage, loss, penalty, expense (including, without limitation, legal fees) or civil, administrative or other liability that Limpieza-Cristales may suffer in connection with the Customer's breach or partial or defective compliance with these General Terms or applicable legislation, particularly in relation to obligations concerning personal data protection set out in these conditions or established under the LOPD and implementing regulations.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Limpieza-Cristales does not guarantee and accepts no liability for any damage or loss suffered as a result of accessing third-party Services through connections or links to linked websites, or regarding their accuracy or reliability. The purpose of links appearing on Limpieza-Cristales is solely to inform Customers of other sources of information available on the Internet where they may find additional information relating to the Services offered by the Website. Limpieza-Cristales shall under no circumstances be responsible for results obtained through such links or for consequences arising from Customers accessing them. These third-party Services are provided by third parties and Limpieza-Cristales cannot and does not control the legality or quality of those Services. Customers should therefore exercise appropriate caution when assessing and using information and services contained in third-party content.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Spanish law shall apply to any questions of interpretation or disputes that may arise and, in the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may otherwise be entitled, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
DISCOUNT VOUCHERS
Discount vouchers issued by Limpieza Cristales are for individual use and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Two promotions may not be applied to the same order.
The minimum order value for applying discount vouchers is €75 excluding VAT.
If, as a result of an error in the system configuration, discount vouchers are applied incorrectly, the order will be cancelled and the full amount paid will be refunded immediately, where applicable. At the same time, the Customer will be informed so that the order can be placed again with the discounts correctly applied.
SPECIAL RATES
Customers benefiting from special professional rates will cease to benefit from these rates if they do not place orders totalling at least €1,000 excluding VAT within a period of one year. Their customer account will remain active, but standard website prices will apply.
The minimum order value for this special rate is €300 excluding VAT. Products that are on promotion at the time the order is placed will not receive the special-rate discount.
Orders below this amount will not receive the corresponding special-rate discounts, even where the Customer has a special rate, and the same terms as for any other order will apply.
Special rates may not always be available. To find out whether they are currently active when a Customer wishes to register for them, the Customer must contact us by email at info@limpieza-cristales.es, stating their request so that we can respond.
For Customers who already benefit from a special rate, if that rate changes due to failure to meet the applicable conditions, they may not be expressly notified and no liability may be claimed as a result. If the special rate is suspended for other reasons, the Customer will be notified in advance using the email address provided.
APP PROMOTIONS
Promotions presented in the App are valid for a limited period, which will normally be stated on the relevant product page or in the notification itself. Where indicated, products that become out of stock will retain the promotional conditions but may be subject to a delivery delay of approximately 5 weeks. In such cases, when placing the order, the Customer will be given the option either to wait or to receive a refund for that product using the same payment method.
RESERVATION OF TEMPORARILY OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
Certain products or combinations that form part of the normal stock of Limpieza-Cristales may temporarily become unavailable. Where the Website expressly displays the option RESERVE, the Customer may place the order and pay the full amount in order to keep the product reserved until it is restocked.
The availability date shown on the Website is estimated and may change due to manufacturer or distributor supply times. The reservation allows the order to remain pending until the product becomes available again. Some incoming stock may already be allocated before it is received, so reserving allows Customers to secure priority over the next available units.
By default, if the order contains other products that are available, the complete order will be dispatched when the reserved product becomes available.
If the Customer includes other independent products in the same order that they need to receive sooner, they may indicate this during the reservation process. Limpieza-Cristales will review the order and contact the Customer to assess the possibility of making a partial shipment. This additional shipment may involve an additional cost, which will be communicated to the Customer and must be accepted before the shipment is made.
The request for a partial shipment applies only to other independent products included in the order. It does not imply the separate shipment of components, parts or elements that form part of the same kit or reserved product.
If restocking of the reserved product is delayed beyond the initially estimated date, the Customer may choose to maintain the reservation or request a refund of the amount paid for the reserved product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed between the parties, and without prejudice to any rights legally available to the consumer.
These reservation conditions apply only to products or combinations for which the Website expressly displays the RESERVE option and do not alter the specific conditions applicable to products managed through prior consultation or under other ordering arrangements.
