Card payment: Purchases may be paid for by bank card. The bank cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard. The purchase amount will be charged to the customer's bank account within 4 days from the date of the order and payment will be considered effective once authorisation has been confirmed by the banking payment centre. If the payment terminal (POS) reports that the card has been declined, the order will be cancelled automatically and the customer will be informed online of the cancellation. These transactions are processed through the La Caixa payment gateway.
Cash on delivery: NOT AVAILABLE Payment is made to the carrier when the parcel is delivered. The additional cost for this payment method is 3% of the order value, with a minimum charge of €3. Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used, except for cash-on-delivery orders, where the refund will be made by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.
Bank transfer. This payment method does not involve any additional cost for the customer. Refunds will be paid into the bank account specified by the customer. To make payment of an invoice, the following information must be included: Invoice number. Name of the person making the payment. Payment must be made to Limpieza-Cristales using the bank account number provided by the company. Please send proof of payment to info@limpieza-cristales.es, stating "proof of payment" in the subject line. The bank transfer will be considered effective once the funds have been credited to the Limpieza Cristales bank account. No other document or proof will be considered confirmation of payment. In this case, the delivery period for the goods will begin once the corresponding amount has been credited to the Limpieza Cristales account.
PayPal With this payment method, the payment will be charged according to the arrangements the customer has agreed with PayPal. Likewise, where the company is required to refund any amount, the refund will be made through the same payment method. This payment method does not involve any additional cost for the customer.
