Ordering Methods and Prices
Customers can place all their orders through the website: www.limpieza-cristales.es.
Each customer declares that they have full capacity to use credit cards and that the cards have sufficient funds to cover all costs arising from the purchase of products through Limpieza-Cristales.
By clicking the "Pay" button during the purchasing process, the customer declares that they fully and unconditionally accept all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The data recorded by Limpieza-Cristales constitutes proof of transactions carried out between Limpieza-Cristales and its registered customers. Limpieza-Cristales will confirm the order by email.
The contractual information is presented in Spanish and will be confirmed no later than at the time of delivery.
The prices of our products include all applicable taxes but do not include shipping costs.
Limpieza-Cristales reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, although products will be invoiced according to the prices in force at the time the order is registered, subject to product availability and except in the event of an obvious typographical error.
The products remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been made.
Limpieza-Cristales reserves the right to refuse an order from any customer with whom it has an ongoing dispute.
Availability
Limpieza-Cristales will make every effort to meet customer demand for its products.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email that the order has been cancelled.
The time required for the refund to be credited to the customer's bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each banking institution. These periods are also specified in the "Delivery" clause.
Security
For your security, Limpieza-Cristales uses a secure payment gateway for credit card payments, as well as PayPal.
The bank details entered are encrypted and securely transmitted to the servers of the banking institution and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank in order to prevent possible fraud and misuse.
This data-entry procedure is protected by SSL encryption technology, which prevents third parties from accessing the banking information entered by the customer over the Internet.
Only the banking institution and PayPal have access to the bank details linked to these payment methods, meaning that Limpieza-Cristales neither knows nor records this information during the payment transaction.
Returns
All products sold may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of Spanish retail legislation.
The customer must first notify us of their intention by email using the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FORM. Limpieza-Cristales will reply by email with precise instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
The refund to the customer's account resulting from the return will be made within 14 days from receipt of the goods by Limpieza-Cristales.
A return will not be accepted if the products supplied have clearly been used or are not presented in their original packaging and with their original labelling.
Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, not damaged or soiled by the customer, and with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They must be sent to the address specified by Limpieza-Cristales in the return instructions sent by email.
If the return is not accepted by the supplier because the product is considered to have been used, the products will remain at the distribution warehouse for collection by the customer for a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of return.
Packages may not be returned if they do not contain any information allowing the sender to be identified, such as the order number, name or address.
The costs and risks associated with returning the product shall be borne by the sender, who must send the goods securely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.
Products purchased through Limpieza-Cristales may be returned for their purchase value. Once the returned product or products have been received, Limpieza-Cristales will verify that they are in good condition and refund the amount paid, less shipping costs.
Anyone returning a product will receive an email informing them of the amount of the refund.
Warranty
Warranties and after-sales services shall be governed by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. Under this legislation, the seller is required to supply consumers and users with products that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity. Consumers and users are entitled to product repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Products are covered by a 12-month warranty, except for consumable products such as detergents, rubber blades, resins, etc.
Liability, Disputes and Applicable Law
Limpieza-Cristales shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil the contract in the event of stock shortages or product unavailability, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strikes, particularly affecting postal services, transport and/or communications, flooding or fire. In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact Limpieza-Cristales in an attempt to reach an amicable solution.
The Courts of Barcelona shall have exclusive jurisdiction. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be interpreted in Spanish and governed by Spanish law. Any disagreement arising in relation to their validity, interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, to which exclusive jurisdiction is expressly attributed.
Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Limpieza-Cristales reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions of Sale without prior notice and may change, remove or add both the content and services provided through the website, as well as the way in which they are presented or located on its servers.
These changes must be accepted by the User each time they complete a purchase through the Limpieza-Cristales website.
Registered customers of Limpieza-Cristales who do not agree with amendments to the General Terms and Conditions must notify us and, from the date on which the new version comes into force, must stop using Limpieza-Cristales services. If any provision of the General Terms and Conditions is unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be null and void, and the agreement between the parties shall apply or, failing that, the provisions of the Spanish Civil Code.
