Ultra HiMod carbon

Unger nLITE Connect Ultra HiMod carbon poles

The poles Unger nLITE Connect Ultra HiMod are designed for professional pure water cleaning at great heights.

They are the stiffest range within the nLITE Connect system and are intended for jobs where it is especially important to reduce pole flex and maintain brush control.

Ultra HiMod carbon at 760 GPa

Unger specifies a material stiffness of 760 GPa for this range. This characteristic improves movement transmission and makes brush control easier when using long configurations.

The greater stiffness is particularly useful for frequent work at great height, where flex in the complete setup has a significant effect on precision.

Ultra HiMod UH67G main pole

The UH67G is the main telescopic pole in the Ultra HiMod range.

Extended length of 6.63 metres.
Approximate collapsed length of 1.87 metres.
Four telescopic sections.
Approximate weight of 1.50 kg.
Maximum external diameter of 35 mm.

It can be used on its own or as the base for adding compatible Ultra HiMod extensions.

Ultra HiMod UH35G extension

The UH35G extension allows the length of the main pole to be increased.

Extended length of 3.41 metres.
Approximate collapsed length of 1.91 metres.
Two telescopic sections.
Approximate weight of 0.70 kg.
Maximum external diameter of 35 mm.

Extensions must belong to the Ultra HiMod range and be assembled in accordance with the maximum configuration specified by Unger.

Working height of up to approximately 20 metres

Unger recommends the nLITE Connect Ultra HiMod system for working heights of up to approximately 20 metres.

The actual achievable height depends on the permitted number of extensions, the operator’s height, the working angle, the position of the surface and the accessories fitted.

nLITE Connect modular system

The configuration consists of a main pole and compatible telescopic extensions. This allows the pole length to be adapted to each job without always using the complete setup.

The sections retain a maximum external diameter of 35 mm to prevent the grip area from becoming excessively large when extensions are added.

Yellow warning zone

The sections feature a yellow warning zone that helps prevent the sections from being unintentionally separated during assembly and extension.

Before starting, check that each section is correctly inserted and locked.

nLITE Connect angle adapter

The nLITE Connect angle adapter allows the brush to be angled in relation to the pole when working on glass, frames, façades and surfaces in different positions.

It is designed for the round nLITE Connect poles made of aluminium, HiMod and Ultra HiMod. It must not be confused with the adapters used by the Carbon 24K and Carbon Composite ranges.

External hose routing

In the nLITE Connect Ultra HiMod range, the hose is routed externally using compatible clips and accessories.

Before connecting the system, check the hose diameter, coupling type and the connections on the pure water production equipment.

When should you choose Ultra HiMod?

For frequent professional work at great heights.
When the greatest stiffness available in the nLITE range is required.
For working configurations of up to approximately 20 metres.
When it is important to reduce flex in the complete setup as much as possible.
For a modular system with a main pole and extensions.

For work up to approximately 17 metres, the HiMod poles may be sufficient. For lower heights, you can also consider the Carbon 24K poles.

Ultra HiMod compared with HiMod and Carbon 24K

The Ultra HiMod range sits above HiMod and Carbon 24K in terms of stiffness and maximum recommended height:

Compared with Carbon 24K: it offers greater stiffness and supports configurations for a higher working height.
Compared with HiMod: it increases material stiffness from 360 to 760 GPa and raises the recommended height from approximately 17 to 20 metres.

The choice should be based on the actual working height, frequency of use and the level of brush control required.

Compatibility with pure water systems

Ultra HiMod poles can be connected to DI filters, HydroPower Nano equipment and reverse osmosis systems using the appropriate hoses, valves and connectors.

Before connecting them, check the hose diameter, coupling type and accessories included with the filtration equipment.

Sky Rise kits with Ultra HiMod

Some pure water kits for great heights include an Ultra HiMod main pole, extensions, brush, hose and filtration equipment.

The contents and configured height vary depending on the kit. Always check the product details to confirm the included components.

Safe use at great heights

Before starting, check the section locks, the connections between the main pole and extensions, the hose, the angle adapter and the brush attachment.

Do not exceed the maximum number of extensions or the height specified by the manufacturer. Keep a safe distance from power lines, wiring and other obstacles, as carbon poles conduct electricity.
