In this category, you will find genuine spare parts for Unger nLITE brushes that allow specific components of the structure, swivel system and water distribution system to be replaced.

Current nLITE brushes consist of different parts that can be replaced separately when they become worn, damaged or require maintenance.

Rotating nLITE brush base

The rotating nLITE base is the component incorporating the Swivel mechanism in certain brushes in the range.

It allows lateral movement of the head to adapt the brush to the surface and perform cleaning movements in different directions.

If the mechanism deteriorates, this base can be replaced independently of the rest of the brush.

Fixed nLITE brush base

The fixed nLITE base is a non-rotating alternative for configurations where the head needs to remain in a stable position relative to the adaptor.

It must always be selected according to the brush model and the connection system used.

nLITE Rinse Bar

The Rinse Bar is the rinse bar positioned above certain nLITE brushes.

It distributes pure water over the surface during rinsing and works together with the brush's nozzle system.

Unger offers replacement Rinse Bars in:

  • 28 cm
  • 41 cm

Nozzle blocks

In addition to the Rinse Bar, certain nLITE brushes incorporate a central nozzle block that directs water towards the working area.

These blocks are also available as spare parts in 28 and 41 cm.

Other spare parts

Depending on the brush model, other components can also be replaced, such as:

  • base fixing screw;
  • Soft Touch edge protection;
  • connection components;
  • parts related to the Swivel mechanism.

Unger replacement Rinse Bar — water spray bar for nLITE brushes. Available in 28 cm and 41 cm. Compatible with models NFK28, NFK41, NUK28, NUK41, NFR28, NFR41, NUR28 and NUR41. The brush must be designed to accept the Rinse Bar — not compatible with brushes without the specific housing for this bar.

Unger HiFlo NLBJF quick-connect nozzles for nLITE brushes — generate a continuous water film on the glass surface during the cleaning movement. Sold as a set of 2 nozzles. Different from the NLBJP, which spray at a specific point under pressure. Important: the more nozzles used simultaneously, the lower the water pressure at the surface. Reference NLBJF.

Unger HiFlo quick-connect nozzles for nLITE brushes. They allow water to be sprayed under pressure directly onto dirt to remove it before the usual cleaning step.
