Unger CC85H carbon composite pole kit — everything included to get started with pure water
The CC85H carbon composite kit is the complete solution for getting started with exterior pure-water window cleaning using a carbon-fibreglass composite pole. Unlike aluminium poles, carbon composite offers greater rigidity at a lower weight, improving brush control at height and reducing fatigue during long working days.
The kit includes all the elements needed to connect the HydroPower system to the brush and start working without needing to buy anything else.
Kit contents
CC85T telescopic pole — 8.60 m, 6 sections, 100 GPa — the main element of the kit. Carbon composite material with 100 GPa rigidity — significantly more rigid than 30 GPa aluminium — for better brush control at full extension. The 6 telescopic sections allow the working length to be adjusted according to the actual height of the window.
NGS15 15 cm angled adapter — connects the brush to the end of the pole at an angle that facilitates work on vertical façades, allowing the brush to rest flat against the glass without needing to tilt the pole.
28 cm NFF28 Power brush — 28 cm pure-water brush with bristles for even distribution of purified water over the glass. Compact size suitable for standard windows and restricted access areas.
25 m DuroFlex DLS25 hose — 25-metre heavy-duty hose for connecting the HydroPower system to the pole. The 25-metre length allows freedom of movement while leaving the system on the ground or in a nearby vehicle.
Non-extendable system
The CC85T pole does not accept extensions — the maximum reach is 8.60 metres. For greater heights, nLITE Connect 24K, HiMod or Ultra HiMod carbon ranges must be used, as these allow extensions to be added.
Carbon composite or 24K carbon?
Carbon composite is an intermediate material between aluminium and pure carbon — lighter and more rigid than aluminium but more economical than 24K carbon. For heights of up to 8–9 metres and moderate use, it is a well-balanced option. For intensive daily use or greater heights, the nLITE 24K carbon or higher ranges offer greater long-term performance.
