Unger SOFT nLITE Brush — gentle pure water cleaning for sensitive surfaces
The SOFT nLITE brush is the pure water brush from the nLITE range specifically designed for delicate surfaces that could be scratched by standard-bristle brushes. Its short, compact and dense soft synthetic-fibre bristles provide thorough cleaning without the risk of scratching the surface — provided it is used with the appropriate amount of water.
Short and compact bristles — scratch-free cleaning
The main feature of the SOFT compared with the Power or Hybrid brush is its bristle type — short, very compact and made from soft synthetic fibre. The especially dense head ensures that cleaning pressure is distributed evenly across the entire surface without creating pressure points that could scratch sensitive materials.
Important: even the softest brush can leave marks on extremely sensitive materials. It is always recommended to test it first on an inconspicuous area before cleaning the entire surface.
Rinse Bar and central nozzles
Upper Rinse Bar — a rinse bar positioned above the brush that supplies water in a controlled manner exactly where it is needed most during the cleaning movement.
Central nozzle block — ensures that the water flow reaches the centre of the brush for continuous removal of loosened dirt throughout the movement.
Swivel Lock — vertical and horizontal movement
The Swivel Lock mechanism allows the brush to rotate 180° and lock in any position, enabling work with both vertical movement (up and down) and horizontal S-shaped movement. Particularly useful when working from a lift or gondola where vertical movement is limited.
Soft Touch Bumper — protection for frames and profiles
The Soft Touch Bumpers at the lateral ends protect window frames from knocks and scratches during work and eliminate metallic noise when the brush comes into contact with the frame.
Usage tips for better results
The SOFT brush requires a good amount of water during use. Plenty of water keeps dirt particles suspended and prevents them from adhering to the bristles — which is when they could scratch the surface. After each use, rinse the bristles thoroughly to remove any dirt residue.
